Don’t give up just because your child’s school is closed!
You may be thinking that the chances of passing your AP American History tests were gone due to the covid-19 closures.

“When I taught AP American History, all my students passed the test and yours can too! When I was in High School I earned a 5 on my AP US. I majored in American History at UNC Chapel Hill and I am a certified Social Studies teacher in Colorado and South Carolina.”

Classes held twice a day:

9:00 – 11:30 AM Eastern
2:00 – 5:30 PM Eastern

We will have no more than 15 students per class and the first 45 minutes each class will be devoted to interactive lecture (Q and A).The remainder of each class will be devoted to multiple choice questions, explanation and document based short answer questions that each student will respond to and we will display on the white board and discuss.

Lectures will start with World War I and will be geared to test questions and details that are asked about on the test.  We will move fast because we need to get up to the present day before the first week of May.

At the end of each class, there will be an essay assignment that should be turned in by email or drop box within 6 hours in order to be graded by me and discussed on the white board at the beginning of class the next day.

These classes will use Zoom and I will provide links both to download the program and to access the sessions.
